Rule Number : 30-0 : ACCESS OF TARIFF INFORMATION

PAPER DISTRIBUTION :

The subscription price for this tariff in paper form is $250.00 USD per year and includes the initial base tariff and all amendments issued during the subscription period. It shall be understood that the subscription period will run from January 01^st through December 31^st of any particular year. Requests for subscription, along with covering check, should be sent to the Publishing Office at the address listed in the Tariff Record.

DATA ELEMENT :

Access to tariff information can be obtained through two sites :

1. Through ATFI, either via modem or at the Federal Maritime Commission office in Washington, D.C.

2. Through the Publishing Office at the address listed in the Tariff Record. The fee for this on-site service will be $50.00 USD per hour, and an additional charge of $0.46 (46 cents) per minute will be added if the request includes retrieval through ATFI. Paper copies of tariff material may be obtained for a fee of $1.00 USD per page, plus postage if required.

EMERGENCY PROVISIONS :

In the event that ATFI should not be accessible due to system malfunction or other unrelated disaster, tariff information can be obtained through the Publishing Office listed in the Tariff Record at a rate of $25.00 USD per hour.
